Supplier Code of Conduct

The Supplier Code of Conduct aims to establish the minimum guidelines that suppliers must uphold in the following essential aspects:

  • Cooperation
  • Environment
  • Workers’ Rights
  • Transparency
  • Ethical behavior in the market
  • Protection of assets and information
  • Responsible sourcing

Communication channels

Two reporting channels, internal and external, have been created for exployees so that compliance-related issues can be addressed anonymously.

Our reporting system is guided by the principles of fair procedure, presumption of innocence, proportionality, and protection for informants.

This system is available for our employees as well as third interested parties. All reports will be dealt with with the highest confidentiality

In addition to transparencia@webbspain.com we have and external reporting channel managed by RCM Suport Empresa, S.L. to which informants can submit their reports.

Non-retaliation policy

Jervis prohibits retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, reports or takes part in the investigation of a real or suspected violation of Jervis’s policies or procedures, or of laws and regulations.

Our ethical culture relies on employees doing the right thing, reporting and speaking up if they notice any behavious against the established ethical standards. Jervis ensures that those who raise concerns or report irregularities can do so without fear of retaliation. Employees who are found to have engaged in retaliatory conduct will be subject to disciplinary measures, including termination.

Reporting a non-compliance action

If you become aware of any misconduct related to Jervis or committed by any employee of Jervis, any of its employees, or any employee of its business partners, we expect you to notify us immediately. You can contact Jervis’ Global Ethics and Compliance Office at transparencia@webbspain.com. If you prefer to report to Jervis anonymously, you can use one of the established reporting channels specifically designated for that purpose.
